Enjoy The Best View of Penang On Rapid Ferry

Since 1894, the ferry has been carrying passengers and vehicles (1925) between Penang Island and Butterworth everyday. Rapid Ferry still plays an important role to connect the island and the mainland.

Passengers are only required to purchase ticket travelling from Butterworth to Penang Island; at just RM1.20 (adult) / RM7.70 (car), you can enjoy the best scenery of the city on the Rapid Ferry from 5.20AM to midnight daily.
