All travellers were forced to cancel their planned trip due to COVID-19 pandemic, flight companies have been offering various ways to refund their customers for the cancelled trips.
For Air Asia, the company has been offering the “credit account” as the primary refund method for travellers, here are the steps how to check the status of refund.
01 Log in to your Air Asia account on web browser
02 Go to Account and select Credit Account
03 You may see your credit account balance and expiry date there
04 You may go to My Case to check the status of your request if the credit account is yet to be credited
05 If you haven’t done any refund request, select “Chat with Eva” to do so, prepare your passenger and booking details before starting a chat
